Welcome to Village Oaks Common Areas Association
We are a neighborhood of nearly 600 single-family residential homes surrounding two lakes, a city park, and an elementary school in Novi, Michigan. We have a clubhouse, a swimming pool with lifeguards, and a residential park and playground.
